Is there a minimum order quantity?

Since we offer such a wide range of products, it can depend on what you’re ordering. Regardless, we will work with our vendors and you to ensure we can get the right amount of products for your event.

How early should I order my tournament items?

The earlier you order, the stronger guarantee we can give that the product will arrive in time. For your peace of mind, we recommend at least 4 weeks before your event. 

Some products need a little more time to reach you, so if your order falls outside that one-month window, we will make sure you’re aware before you make your selection.

Can I customize everything for my tournament?

Yes, you can! You can’t deny that a tournament is made more special with gifts that have a personalized touch. We are here to help make your tournament gifts as special as possible.

What if I want something that’s not shown in the catalogue?

Don’t be afraid to ask! Whether it be a specific brand or product type, if you do not see what you are looking for, chances are we can get it for you. We have built a ton of amazing relationships with vendors, so there are very few products we cannot get.
